Need a new headset

The free headset that I got with UT 2004 is at the end of its life; the foam earpieces are actually disintegrating. Thus it is time to get a new one. My criteria are roughly:
  1. Price - I am cheap, and my wife thinks that talking to people on the internet is strange and a new headset is a waste of money.
  2. Microphone - It would be nice if people could hear me.
  3. Comfort - I'm not too picky as I used that old headset for a long time and it was uncomfortable as hell.
  4. Sound Quality - If it works, it works. I'm no audiophile.
Thanks!

My vote is for Sennheiser. I've just had too many problems with the cheap Logitech headsets that you get from Best Buy, Wal-mart, etc.

Behind the head style: SENNHEISER PC 140 $22.99

Over the head style: SENNHEISER PC 151 $34.99

I have an older model PC 150 that I have abused for about two years and not had much of a problem with at all. I had the mic on one set of PC 150s die on me but was replaced by Sennheiser under it's warranty. Both of these models come with a noise canceling mic which is so-so at removing background noise, works alright but if you have a fan running behind you people will hear. The sound quality of these headsets are very good, you will notice a distinct difference between these and the UT Headset you got from the game.

Wow, I somehow failed to realize that Sennheiser had headsets in my price range. Thanks!
