Mania's the biggest payday of the year. It's the only reason talent bother with battle royals: everyone who's able gets there, and even if you're only in it seconds, you get a check
I mean, honestly, the real punishment was always about making him miss out on a Mania payday. 90 days was ridiculous. The whole situation is still ridiculous, but makes more sense.

Der Landvogt is his German nickname. He had a recurring section on the German dub of Raw called LandvogtTV where he would tell bad jokes in German or interview and insult other wrestlers.
I haven't seen that in a while, I guess they just taped that backstage at Raw and he isn't there currently.

His personality and antagonizing the crowd are pretty good but he really only has the two noteworthy moves (Deep Six and End of Days) and I think End of Days kind of sucks
German Raw sounds way better than US Raw if you get CesaroTV instead of The ROSEBUSH or whatever
LandvogtTV is pretty bad, though. Cesaro is awkward on the mic and I think it's entirely unscripted so it's just what ideas he had that day.
German Raw as a whole is ok. They cut it down to ~1:30h but that's the real runtime without commercials. They do cut some of the bad stuff I see mentioned in this thread (i.e. rosebush), but they also sometimes cut divas segments.
The commentators are still not good, even though they changed one recently. They also get their own segments where they explain stuff. You basically never hear the US commentary team but for promos they sometimes let the original sound on and only translate afterwards. Mostly they just talk over it, though. They don't play heel/face roles anymore as they did years ago which was the worst. A main drawback of not hearing the original commentary is whenever a wrestler joins them at the table we hear nothing s/he says because all of their mics are muted.
I think I linked this before, you can just watch the German Raw for free on the TV station's website if you want to see what we have to put up with. It always has the newest episode after it airs Thursday evening (so this Mondays raw will be there in ~16 hours and currently it's still last weeks Raw). I will make a post when they have a new Landvogt segment but it's probably gonna be a while.
I feel so bad for Titus hes one of those guys who I think deserved to hold one of the two minor titles for himself.
No doubt he's done with the company, I assume he will either be fired or end up like JTG and just sitting backstage doing nothing till his contract is up.
I really doubt he's done with the company given that his only social media response since the news has been bible verses about humility.
Like obviously I don't think the punishment is proportional even a little bit, but everything about Titus as a person that has shown in interviews and whatnot absolutely makes me think he'll be back doing charity spots and the such for them in 2 months.

It was a pretty good episode of Lucha Underground last night. I really enjoyed all of the vignettes (though they are usually my favorite parts). Is Aerostar a time traveling spaceman?? I also really liked Detective Dong Style.
