I fixed the SP3 download (it's no longer a beta, it's release quality now... MY ASS) but it's screwed, so I have to manually do the updates, which as everyone knows, there are now over 100 of post service pack 2, not counting office updates, firmware updates, etc.
The good news is that since this shit just got drug out for another two hours I can spend a little quality time on the forums.

Oh, and Hap I am in EHF maintenance school. Which mostly teaches me how to read a tech manual for the EHF terminal and swap out circuit cards (once you've figured out which circuit card is messed up, which is what the tech manual is for).

Very much so. All you need is a massive natural disaster to occur in your area and destroy massive amounts of housing for the first part. I didn't even want to leave the barracks but they forced me to.
For the second part get stationed on a Seabee base. Those fuckers don't do shit while not deployed. Many literally get day jobs to fill the time.

I worked in a restaurant, so my policy is I start with 20%, and it drops the worse the service gets. If it's horrible, I leave 5% becuase waiters in AL only make 3.25 an hour, and I leave a polite note that says "Your service was unsatisfacory. I understand the job is hard, I've done it, but try to leave your personal problems at home, you'll make more money."

I would say thats a little pretentious to even leave a note. I don't have an arbitrary amount I leave, but I am usually a good tipper, the only time I ever left a bad one in recent memory was about a year ago I was sat in the bar at a restaurant and the waitress sucked, didn't check to see what we wanted for 20 minutes, didn't bring us silverware until we had our salads for about 5 minutes, our order came out about an hour after we ordered it. Truely horrid on a slow thursday I expected a little better.
