    It's the same crime to threaten to assassinate the president, or successors to the presidency.

    I don't think it's a crime to casually discuss the hypothetical assassination of anyone, however.

    Considering a recent survey I saw had the USA second to last on a list of countries for "percentage of the population that believes in evolution." I would say that there are more backwards science fearing hicks in the world than not.

    It isn't even that she is a "creationist" (a term that really has no grounds unless she is a Scientist claiming that there is Scientific proof of an Intelligent Designer), but the fact that she would be so willing to force her beliefs on others and even teach it in public schools.
