crack some eggs and put them in a bowl. add a little milk. whisk vigorously until yolks and whites are pretty much mixed. dip bread in said concoction (make sure to completely cover both sides) . cook on a pan until both sides are golden with touches of brown. for fun you can add cinnamon to the mix or powdered sugar. Best enjoyed with syrup, although some heathens may disagree. Heathens.
