Man, I think I'll finish Fire Emblem Sacred Stones after all.
Is there any reason to play through them all?
I have the first GBA one (beat it once) and Sacred Stones (never played it), and I also have the Gamecube one still sealed. And then there's the Wii one and now the DS one. Is there any continuous story throughout?
Most are standalone, but some are paired. FE6 wasn't released in the US, but is a sequel to the first GBA Fire Emblem (FE7). 8 (Sacred Stones) is standalone. 9 (Gamecube) and 10 (Wii) are one story. The DS one is a remake of the very first Fire Emblem and... kind of blows?

Trump fired Andrew Dice Clay first.
First.
There is hope for this show after all.

I have a new soccer blog The Minnow Tank. Reading it psychically kicks Sepp Blatter in the bean bag.
The opening credits of Watchmen was pretty good. Maybe I'll have to watch the movie after all.
Without spoilers, tell me,
1) Is it faithful to the comics or does it diverge wildly?
2) Is it good for someone who has never seen or read Watchmen stuff?
There is a party at my house. You are all invited. Free keg.
I'll be right over!
You may need a baseball bat to hit stupid people with. If you cannot furnish yourself with one one will be provided to you.
It's me, I'm back. So... where do you live, exactly?
Ypsilanti, Michigan. Once you hit EMU's campus you can just follow the douchebags to the house.
Zimmy: Your love will go on! Don't you say your goodbyes!
What's with all the stupid douchebags around your house?
I think a statistician is required to properly define it, but if you take any random sampling of 100 EMU students about 73 of them are bound to be douchebags. When 200+ are invited to the same place, at the same time, the results can be devastating.

There were changes, mainly with the ending, but I felt the changes were good and you can't expect the movie version to be 100% like the book.
I went with one friend who never read the book and she really enjoyed it, though another friend didnt but that's because she didnt like the gore and rape scene, also it was a silly stupid superhero movie (she has bad tastes in movies anyways)

The movie is extremely faithful to the book but in the interest of time they had to cut a lot of stuff. In some cases the scenes they kept were changed, sometimes for the worse. There were a few things that the movie did better than the book. If you haven't read the book you might not understand the movie as well as someone who did read the book, but you will also have the benefit of not comparing the movie to the book at every turn, which is what I did.

Yeah I was sad about the things they couldn't keep in, but I am still anticipating the extended version so I didnt let it keep me down while watching the movie last night.
Also I am getting so sick of my bf's girlfriend. She is always so moody and fighty and it brings him down a lot. Tonight we were supposed to get drunk and play ps3/wii but she kept calling him when we were watching Sunshine and got angry that he couldn't talk much and angry about him not sitting next to her last night in the theatres and other minor bullshit that he just decided to go home.

BITCH!
I hate to admit that I've acted the same way as that girl before. Ugh, that could not be long enough ago.
On an unrelated note, I smell something green. This makes me angry... I hate it when my roommates let people smoke in the house/not in the attic. Mother Fuckers

When did you get a boyfriend, and why are you allowing him to see another girl?

The science in that movie was terrible, but I greatly enjoyed it anyway.

I really liked it, so I don't need to go in that thread to argue about stuff.
