If anyone is interested, one of the instructors at Watts Atelier posted a blog about his progression over the last 7 years (he started at the school when he was 16). It's kind of cool.
Dammit, there have been so many cool things that I have seen walking to/from class lately, so I have decided to keep my camera with me in my bag from now on.
It's mostly been a lot of cool-ass bugs, and a few translucent lizards. One of those lizards got into my apartment last year, and I captured him and looked at him in the light. I could see his lungs, and watch his little heart beat. It was pretty amazing, and incredibly awesome.

Dude I totally wanna see that.
Even if I could capture one outside, I don't think I can record video on the macro setting on my camera. Alas! BUT. If I can capture one and at least take a photo of the thing, with some light behind it...I will let you know! They are pretty cool little dudes.
