IT Admins: Avaya fails me

I'm trying to get a list of agents assigned to a skill. Right now I'm having to audit over 300 people and doing it on an individual basis is ridiculous.

    Blast! The only tool I have access to is Avaya CMS - I think I need another tool installed to see users in this way, anyways. Thanks for the heads up - I'll try Ars Technica
