To elaborate, disconnect the router you CAN get into from the network, then you should be able to get into your second one with 192.168.1.1.
On the main page you should see the "local IP address" and you should be able to change what it is. I don't THINK you have to mess with the subnet mask, but you may have to.

And remember to lock them down with passwords, especially if one of them is wireless.
