    I'd place them under citizens arrest, call the local authorities, and then call their parents whom must be very ashamed of their own flesh and blood. When the cops and parents come to pick them up, I'd hand each of the children a bible and suggest at least 4 times a week pay a visit to volunteer at a local church.

    Either that or chain them up in your basement and try to sell them as slave labor via Ebay. You know, to get yourself a PS3 or a few Wiis. :^:
