Before you ask yes I have tried the search function. I can't come up with the right keywords for this particular thread that I'm looking for. Anyways, I'm pretty sure it would have been posted in G&T (although I could be wrong). Basically it was a place anyone could post their ideas for games, and how these games would work. I'd like to have another look at it, if I could only find it.
