Because the thread was locked before you guys got to read me whine more about girls:
Well, here goes:
1) I don't know if it would be a good idea to let ska girl know how I feel about her.
I mean, don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm going to walk up and be like "you totally have a boyfriend but I've wanted to bone you since I met you". But, I mean, she's often like "you're so cool" and "you're my favorite" and up 'til now I've feigned being an asshole back to her for laughs. I just don't know if it's a good idea to let her know that "yeah I'm pretty attracted to you, no I don't think that should screw with our friendship" or if that would just be unnecessary and make things too awkward. I guess, I just really wish I knew to what degree she was into me...
2) I don't know if it'd be a good idea to invite my ex to a ska concert with all my other friends.
I don't know...for a while I've had lapses where I think I actually kind of want her back. In general, though, I'm fine with our situation now and I feel like I've moved on pretty well. The thing is, I really just want to hang out with her. She's been my best friend for a really long time, and despite the fact we broke up I don't want that to change. I want to remain friends with her, and I feel like I can control myself.
1) Don't tell ska girl how you feel about her if she's with a dude. Just be your cool self.
Well, I mean, how I feel is that she should be with the dude that she's with.
I just don't know if it's worth being honest with her about the fact that I'm attracted to her, or if I should keep lying/downplaying it to keep things from being complicated.

You don't have to lie. Does she often ask you if you're attracted to her?
Look at it this way: She's cool, but she's not available.

Allegedly a voice of reason.

Has she asked you if you're interested?
Oh no, not so directly. But there's times like I feel like she's baiting me or something.
Like she'll randomly go "Man, I am so pretty...", to which I might reply "Speak for yourself." Or she'll say stuff like "Are we friends?" and I'll be all "Of course not."

Hmmm. Play it cool, don't let her know would be my advice.

2) Hanging out with the ex is a situational okay thing to do, but usually isn't. That being said, I'm still friends with almost all of my exes.
it was from the Disney Store
Hooray! (if that's a good thing)
Sorry to hear that! (if it's not)
Does that count?
Who knows.

Though both are good.

that would be an awesome job
Cuz if so.

You've been selected!
Hmmm, when I think of working at the Disney Store. I think about meeting single moms.
i declined
they were like a plan D
technically, i already have a job with Banana Republic (plan C)
tomorrow, i am going in for an interview with Armani Exchange (plan
but i also applied at this company that designs forums and fanclubs for bands and stuff, in their customer service department
that's plan A
they start at like 30k a year
Cool. Good luck to ya.
Woo! Hope you get plan A, though!
It was interrupted here last week for Creigh Deeds' concession speech... not sure if that was an improvement.
when i went in there to apply
there was a child screaming and throwing a fit
and the parent was doing that thing where they try to pretend they don't notice
i looked at this screaming child and i thought
gosh that's not so bad
i could deal with that
Ah well.

My buddy worked at the Disney Store in the Eaton Center for a short period of time (like, a month total) and hated it for that exact reason.
I would play with Toy Story action figures all day until they fire me.
Hmmm. Play it cool, don't let her know would be my advice.
that was the one i applied at!
whatever
more to hug, right
