    A Primal Motherfucking Nether.

On NORMAL Murmur. :D What makes me happier than SEEING a Primal Nether drop? Winning it.

Also, seeing a group that looks like it's gonna make me gouge out my eyes not wipe ONCE...we had a total of two deaths the entire instance. And one-shotted every boss.

2 minutes? The way I transfer stuff cross-faction, I have the auction open for maybe a second and a half before I get it done. You'd think they'd coordinate a little faster than 2 minutes....

The guy putting the auctions up was the 70 tauren shaman that was attempting to kill me and failed 4 times (i'm a prot paladin). The person buying the auctions was a 70 night elf priest. If they are trying to do it cross faction they shouldn't be doing it in the middle of the day on a holiday.

Seriously though, why can't they do it the smart way?

As in; i highly doubt you, or anyone for that matter, would have been as eager to purchase 20 Thorium Bars for 100g ;-)

In summary, you don't sell cheaper, you sell expensive...er

Thing that makes me happy; keeping my lockpicking up with my level. It's suprisingly hard/annoying to do considering how limited the number of lockboxes there are in the world, but i'm managing it. I used to complain all the time at rogues who would get to lvl 60 and not be able to open doors or locked chests etc. I still will, but now i'll be less incredulous about why.

Hehe, I remember complaining to my rogue friend about his lockpicking one day, because at lv60 it was around 20. The next day he sends me a tell "opening practice lock boxes all day = suck".

-Finally getting my Epic pally mount at 62. Finishing that quest line was maybe the most annoying and tedious thing I've had to do in WoW yet. But man, the last battle in the basement of Scholo is pretty cool, I got to kill a Death Knight, and now my horse is all glowly, rocking some metal horns, and otherwise just generallu rad. Plus, now with crusader aura, I have 120% move rate, which is literally twice the movement rate of my old mount. I GET PLACES TWICE AS FAST AS I USED TO, AND I CAN'T STOP BEING HAPPY ABOUT IT. PLUS, I LOOK COOLER DOING SO.

-Being depressed that my mining was sub-300 in outland, then realizing while leveling it up that a stack of thorium goes for 15-32g. Making 62g in less than an hour is pretty awesome.

you sell it for ridiculously low prices to avoid getting gouged by the steamwheedle cartel's huge auctioneer cut.

    ...but not during primetime.

If you need to x-faction gold during primetime you have your poor toon put up something for an exorbant amount and buyout the auction with your other toon. Then you put the shit you want to transfer over for normal AH prices. That way if you actually sell something you can just buy more and you're not out much of anything except for the cut those damn goblins take.

Oh yeah....things that make me happy:

Knowing I'm about to die in a BG, and being able to DoT up a hunter's pet.

Seeing an UD demo 'lock go after a friendly mage...and successfully banishing his felhunter.

DoTing rogues when CloS is on CD.

Watching some hord warrior die from my dots after I'm dead while his priest friend is silenced when the bastard successfully dispelled my UA.

Landing a CoT just before an enemy priest starts a heal.

Getting hord mages to CS my shaman's hearthstone instead of my nature school (hehhehheh...suckers).

And finally...getting a KB with my Greatsword of Horrid Dreams...and a firestone.

Something that made me really happy.

I've been sitting on the plans for Gauntlets of the Iron Tower for ages. Yesterday a friend of a friend asks if I still have them, I say yes but I am short 5 skill points of making them.

The person asks what would skill me, I tell him Felsteel Gloves, 5 sets (30 Felsteel bars). The person says... "I'll give you the felsteel, let you keep the 5 sets of gloves and give you 300g for your nether if you craft the Gauntlets for me."

    Yes... yes I will!

Thankfully, my fury warrior (the smith) picked up a Primal Nether in Normal Arc one day... what else did the last boss drop... Doomplate Chest and Bold Chest...

Two things that make me happy.

    1. Prot Paladin Healing

    2. AB, Level 39, Horde side.

To elaborate, it is such a fucking thrill healing as a pally. Even better as a prot pally. Why you ask?

    Because you can't fucking die.

    At all.

    PERIOD.

And even if you DO get close to dying, oh hey,:Bubble heal:, they have to do it again

Hunters do nothing to me. Rogues do nothing to me. Mages just annoy me. Locks are a free kill, and all you do is pop seal of Justice. I mean, jesus christ, I was getting buttfucked by a twink Warrior AND a twink druid and all I did was healed through it while a twink Warrior just raped them both.

Which leads me to my second point. I am a staunch believer that anyone who says "lol Horde always wins AB" is quite frankly, full of shit. Because I've played on the alliance side, and, it was fairly 50/50 either way. However, yesterday might have changed my mind a bit.

8-0, 24 Marks, and about 1k Honor. NONE of them where close. I didn't die in 2 of those. At ALL. And pretty much all of them had downright hilarious situations. 1 of them involved the alliance side just forming ONE HUGE raid and going from point to point trying to cap. I mean, ALL of them. EVERY SINGLE PERSON. And we won that 5(or 6?) to nothing, because there was no defense ANYWHERE.

And the best part? The absolute best part? All I did was pick a poor sap who threw away 1k gold in twink shit and healed him. That's it. Easiest Honor I've ever made. I've found my PVP calling.

You're a lot nicer than I am at this point. If I see a hunter of the opposite faction and your pet is named boar or cat you fucking die, right after your pet does, and preferably to a mob so you gain durability loss. If I killed you and you're not a bot? NAME YOUR FUCKING PET.

I was in the steppes mining thorium for JCing yesterday and came across droves of bots. Like, upwards of 10 to 12 in small areas, it's appalling. I made sure I killed each and every bot in the manner described above as I mined. Below's a picture when I did a /who...
    Botville.jpg

And that's just the horde side, there were far more alliance bots too.

Anyway, something that makes me happy is going from ~180 to 320 JCing and not actually losing money doing it. With some DE whoring (<3 Saeris) and some smart AH work I was able to level it in a day and end up with about 30g extra, which will turn into a lot more once I sell the 80+ auctions I have up. And now i can cut gems! :D

Heh- that hunter bot has 2 Cold Basilisk Eyes. I guess he was set to farm them for a while. The thing is, it's not particularly useful, and last I checked it sells pretty well to low level twinks, as it's pretty much the first available trinket.

I wonder if the guy who owns the bot started yelling when he saw that it had equipped two of them.

This is something that gives me a grin every time I read it:
When you die from DI your gear doesn't take any durability damage. Sometimes, if the group is gonna wipe for sure, I'll DI anyone just to save the repair bill. Now that I have epics, DI saves me almost 2g every time I use it. It's the skill that pays for itself
