The "Talk to me about Network Accessible Storage" thread

So I'm looking at getting a NAS to store a whole bunch of my media, and I was wondering if the PA forums had any suggestions.

I'd like to get it diskless, and I definitely want one that does UPnP - I have a PS3, and streaming shit over the network to it is one of the big things I'd like to accomplish.

One that I've found on Newegg is the following: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822122029. Does anyone have any experience with it or with any other stuff that matches the description?

I haven't used NetGear before but I've used the D-Link DNS-323. It's pretty customizable with Linux, iTunes server, FTP, DHCP, UPnP but the downside is the transfer speed. With a gigabit ethernet it only has transfer speeds of 10-15 MBps with RAID0.
If you are not too concerned with transfer speeds then 25MBps on the NetGear may be alright. For running anything where transfer speed is important then I'd go with something 50MBps and up.
Have you considered just using TVersity or Vuze media servers instead and just keeping everything on your PC?
