Twilight Imperium [Solved, found GM]

My friends and I are geographically too far apart. We are looking for a digital version of this game, or a way to play it digitally. Only a few of us own it, and no one wants to GM over a play by e-mail method (PBeM).

Is there any way to do this with something like Google wave, with no GM? Help me awesome forum, how can we play Twilight Imperium digitally and with no GM?

    Take a look in Critical Failures. I saw them doing a play-by-post in that sub-forum a while back, and you may be able to ask about the program that they're using in that thread.
