Gamestop forgot half my order?

So, I ordered Uncharted 2 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 off of the GS site, both at the same time and the orders had the exact same tracking number, which would make me think they were the same order. Anyway, when the package arrived, only Uncharted 2 was inside, nothing else. I checked my account and they had charged me for both games, I sent an email and tried calling the help line, but was on hold for about fifteen minutes and hung up. Is there anything else I can do or should I just wait for the email to come back?
