Heh. Yup, 3 years. So I'm 2 months late as of last week.
Is the best idea to repair it for money or to I buy a new one?
When my time came I just bought a new one, I think it was like 250? or 200? A lot cheaper then when I first bought it I recall. Went with the cheapest option since I already had a hardrive.

I don't mean 'would prefer the light on', but shrieking in terror if the lights go out or if she has to go upstairs without a light and no one will talk her through it
Nah I got dinged for a 5k (they called and refunded some of my money this morning because they fixed one issue instead of doing a costly repair they had planned). So I'm getting one game and that game will be army of two.

If it's not too much of a hastle you may try calling Microsoft even though it's 2 months out of warranty. I mean 95% of the time you're just going to get a "Sorry, but 2 months is 2 months," however I've had things replaced outside of warranty enough times that I always at least give it a shot.
For your actual question, I have no idea which idea is "best," but I usually prefer buying a new one. It's probably only going to cost like $100 more than repairing it at most, and you get a spiffy new version with a new warranty and all.

To be perfectly honest, on some late nights, I get minorly afraid of the dark. But I hate black people and know they are out there watching...

can someone tell me if chinese people can generally read both simplified and traditional chinese?
Is the difference between the two like the difference between American and British English?
Quid can probably answer better but the difference between Mandarin(simplified) Chinese and traditional Chinese is actually in the kanji(I forgot the Chinese name, so sue me). So someone who can read one may not be able to read the other. There are some pretty major difference in how they are written from what I understand.

Wait a minute. You can basically buy any one video game you want, just the one... and you pick Army of Two?

Well its more that I'm getting one to last me a couple months (plus playing LOTRO since I have a lifetime account) and I'm going with what looks to entertain me more.

Well at this point it just makes sense for microsoft and Sony to slug it out in HD and not jump the position like Microsoft did with this gen. They are both losing in hardware to wii, but making that up in software so profitablity wins out I think/hope.

A new warranty would be very nice I figure. I think I'll pick up an arcade version then.
Hey I guess this means I can do whatever I want with this brick here, and I just so happen to have 100g of gunpowder!

Don't worry Preach I can't even get into ME. So ME2 isn't looking so hot to me atm. Especially with other games like FFXIII, GoW 3 and Bioshock 2 coming out.

Wait so when I beat Misty it let me used Pokemon up to level 30
Does that mean if I level any of my Pokemon to level 31 before beating the electric gym guy, I won't be able to use that Pokemon?
Badges denote your ability as a trainer. You won't be able to control Pokemon that are higher than your maximum level, they won't listen to you because you're a punk-ass bitch. It's why Pikachu was such a dickhead to Ash at the beginning of the series.

that rule only applies to traded pokemon.
If a pokemon that was traded to you is above the level limit set by the badge you have (10 before the second badge, 50 for either the fifth or sixth badge, and unlimited for the 8th badge) , it will often choose moves that you didn't choose, or even not do anything at all.

Ok then I have a minor problem
I have three Pokemon I regularly use, Ivysaur, Pidgeotto, and Dugtrio
They're all at level 29, and I haven't even set foot on the ship
Does this mean if I go through that ship and level them up to 31, that I won't be able to use them against the gym leader?
Like... fuck
This sucks
So I either have to just waste all those experience points I could get from trainers on the SS Anne, or I have to actually train up some of my way weaker Pokemon (I think my highest right now would be like... a lvl 12 Sandshrew?)

$99 for repair.
$199.99 for Arcade.
I'm in the same boat.

I'll corroborate what Preacher said.
Was my complete non interest in ME not enough? I mean I played the first one but honestly the sequel is kind of Meh to me.
I prefer more modern bullet combat anyway. Army of Two looks to deliver some hilarious gore too.

I don't really know the difference.
This was just called a plain 360 when I bought it, has a 20GB hard drive.
Nah, your pokemon that are over 31 won't listen to you and acts confused in battle.
Elite then I think.

Nah, that's the pro. Which has been discontinued as far as I know.
What's a reasonable period of time?
He'll need more than 100g of gunpowder.
Although if he has a power drill that could still be rather entertaining.

Ok, I can find Arcade's for about $210. They are all bundles with useless crap though, I'll try to find some offer with just the console.
