How to unzip multiple zip folders?

I have a large number of compressed folders. I would like to extract all of the contents of these folders and uncompress them without doing it one at a time.

Anyone know how to do this without a 3ed party program? (winzip is ok with me)

If not, any safe, LEGAL, 3ed party programs?

I use Total Commander for mostly everything file-related.

Still looking at TC. Please post a link for winrar since I found multiple sites with it and am not sure which ones to trust. (I've had some bad experiences)

I think 7-Zip might do that.

In TC it's space to select files and then alt-F5 to decompress the lot. (or was it alt-F9? One or the other.)

I use winrar and just group select everything. Right click -> unrar to here. Don't plan on doing much with your PC while its happening.
