Hey, just got a MacBook Pro and was curious, is there a way to transfer all of my playlists on iTunes from my PC to my new computer?

A quick googling reveals a couple of how-tos that both date from iTunes7 but I suspect the procedure to be roughly the same.

yeah, if you let iTunes organise your folders, its pretty easy to copy them across and import.

Use new iTunes and use home sharing... just turn on sharing on the old one and hit import on the new one.
