I would like to have a Rotating Signature but have no idea how to make or host one or anything of the sort. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have a hosting plan somewhere that supports PHP4 or 5 (most of them do, as far as I know), and .htaccess (which is a file you'll create in a text program (like Notepad) for your rotating image signature).
I believe this one was put together by a forumer. The only thing is from what I've read it's not a true rotator but a randomizer.
