Just a little heads-up for anyone who was waiting for it. It's been out for about a week or two now. You can get it at http://zero4.higashinoeden.com/
It does require a 1GB+ SD Card for all the files. I think it works straight up on a Japanese Wii (not sure if it'll work with a US Wii), but will also work with HBC for people who imported it to play on a US Wii.
