man, so I just watched the end cinematic for wrath of the lich king
man, WoW fucking ruined the warcraft story line
seriously
so glad I don't carry about that shit anymore because they couldn't possibly butcher it anymore
Exactly how I felt.
I had a love/hate relationship with that game. The only thing that kept me in was how cool Warcraft 3 was. I was just hoping they'd recapture that.
I actually enjoyed the original content a shit ton, but as soon as burning crusade came out it was fucking over.
burning crusade was the low point lorewise for WoW
i feel like wrath of the lich king improved almost every aspect of the game play including lore. There are some awesome stories told in the quest lines for Wrath. Varian Wrynn is a sweet new king for the Alliance. Northrend really feels like there is a war going on I think. I don't think there's really any way to say that Wrath was a bad expansion. Also, that last cutscene for killing Arthas doesn't really ruin or reverse any lore that was already in place. It's basically the expected ending.

All I know is that I did a 10 day free trial of wrath and couldn't kill level 71 mobs with my T3 raid gear so i uninstalled everything immediately.

Still, I can't wait for the godlike leader of the scourge, with infinite power over death itself, becomes a 5-man farm boss.

If I were a gay man with a boyfriend, we'd just spend all day making our penises "talk" like muppets in funny high voices. It would be so much fun.

This is the song I had stuck in my head this morning. I imagined it as if it were sung by ninjas at gun-point.
