I'm sure many of you have come across the old conspiracy theories about The Secret of Monkey Island, that really it all exists within a themepark. The trouble is, that theory has to ignore huge amounts of counter-evidence, and is a partial explanation at best. Here's a brand new theory that attempts to do justice to all of the clues, particularly those about Guybrush's family history:
