Stream Capture (< 1 hour)

My girlfriend races in less than an hour in a regatta in San Diego. It'd be cool to have this saved for her so she can watch it when she gets back and also for a personal memento (I've only seen her race once at the OU invitational) and I know there's a way to capture but I'm inexperienced in it. Only done it save the occasional swf file.

    It would help to know what kind of stream you're trying to capture, probably. I've used VirtualDub to record off of my screen with this guide which is slightly more complex than you need, but there are probably simpler options depending on the website.
