EA has unleashed upon the world Lord of Ultima, the ultimate in city building, dungeon plundering, warmongering web based game of destiny.
Excited? Well how about this, we have an Alliance on World 3, as of this posting 52 man strong. It started first as a response to a Joystiq post but has grown in size and has steadily climbed the ranks of the leaderboards. We are looking to expand with competitive players who will persevere and help us grow our relationships with other alliances and crush those who get in our way.
The game is a pseudo limited amount of turns per day sort of game, meaning that you could theoretically play non stop all day but are limited by resources (wood, stone, iron, food, gold) and time. Building is like training in EvE, level 1 buildings take a few seconds, upgrading to level 2 takes a few minutes, level 7 could take hours. Who knows what it takes to get things to level 10. Perhaps then other cured pork products will present themselves to us.
The game has dungeons to raid, boss monsters such as dragons scattered throughout the land. Trade or war can be established with neighboring cities. Alliances can be formed and broken with war.
Update: The alliance on 41 is totally filled up. For now contact SeñorAmor for the PA continent 52 alliance.

I don't know, they all kind of start to blend together after a while.
I joined a couple days ago, been looking for a browser-based game to replace Nile Online.
Farmville is where you build a bunch of pointless shit while Travian is where you build a pointless shit and then attack other people's pointless shit.
On a side note, I'm currently making 663 wood an hour. I went to bed last night with just over 200 in reserve. 8 hours later, I expect to be up near 5k wood but I'm only at 2600. What gives?

Mention the PA fourms for an a much quicker invite. The alliance is currently about 70 members, we are going to stop picking up random noobs and focus more on players with a decent amount of points or forum community members as they usually provide the best players.
