Windows 7 Sharing

So I want to share a specific drive from my desktop, but only to my laptop. It's on a network with 5-6 other computers in the apartment. Is there a way to accomplish this with Windows 7 by itself, or do I need a third party program?

    You could set up a Homegroup and only include the laptop. It's pretty simple, and seems to be exactly what you want.
