Any of them. But I gots me no gaming PC nor do I want one.

What's my best bet for playing this assuming I have all the US consoles, portable and otherwise?

The first parodius certainly got a SNES release, and I think a gameboy one.
Did any of the others ever release outside Japan?

I don't think Parodius ever made it to the U.S. in any form.

Crud. They collected all of them for a Japan PSP release but I really can't see playing this on a PSP.

Parodius Deluxe Pack was released in Europe.

If you have a SNES, just get the japanese Super Famicom cartridges and play them in your SNES. The only "modding" required is to remove two small plastic pieces inside the cartridge slot with longnose clamps.

Funny, as the arcade version of Sexy Parodius is filled with English directions nonetheless.

Man, that was an awesome game.

Imports shouldn't be too awfully expensive. The average for a decent condition copy seems to be about 30-40 bucks.

The PSP edition is by far your best bet. It's a compilation, and the console is region free.

It's also supposed to be really good.

I have the Parodius collection, and yeah it's not great on the PSP screen. If you have a 2000 or 3000-series PSP, they're not bad over component to a TV.
