Modern Warfare balance issues and Black ops

I think Modern Warfare two has some pretty big balance issues such as snipers becoming almighty at close range and double shotguns. Does anyone know what the situation is gunna be in black ops? Does anyone think its is gunna be a problem again? I know its a different developer but they could still fall into the trap IW did by trying to cram too many weapons and features into the multiplayer.

    As long as lag and aim assist exists there will never be balance in first person shooters.
