Cost Per Person
Limo: $115 (cash)
Microfest: $30 (cash or check)
Total you owe me: $145
This is assuming that everyone of the 14 people on the list shows up. I'm asking for cash because it's easier for the limo that way.
Regarding the reservation at Bube's: They will not split the checks, nor will they "put X on this card and X on that one." Considering bringing enough cash to cover your ass.
I'm traveling this weekend so I won't be around until Monday, but I'll get my address, email and phone number out there to those that need it then. Shoot me a PM if you need that info.

There's a Hilton Garden Inn like 2.5-3 miles from Zip's house that was like $95 a night when I booked it before the blizzard and for an HG less than $110 is a pretty good deal.
Yeeaaaa....I'm seeing that now too. I'd call in just to double check on that. Hm.
Anyway, there are other hotels in town, obviously. Depending on how nice/awesome you want to go there is The Lancaster Arts Hotel which isn't too far away (great hotel...bit pricier), the Marriott that was previously mentioned the the Hilton that Butters saw.
I will, however, advise folks to be careful when selecting a hotel. Due to Lancaster's tourist pulls of the outlets and the Amish, many of the county's hotels are nowhere near where I live and can be up to and over an hour away.
Ideally, you're looking for some that are close to the center of the city....possible exception is one called Hotel Brunswick. It's a shit hole of the highest order and you want nothing to do with it.
Also I was gonna say, it seems so far away still then I realize holy poop it's in less than 2 months and kinda panic cause what the eff, it's fall already, or feels like it at least
Man, I used to hang out in Gettysburg with my brother all the time. Really wish you could get Yuengling up here in the northeast and wish it wasn't an 8 hour drive back.

well damn. now i wanna take a train just for the hell of it.
kinda ticks me off about the cork factory. i was lookin forward to stayin there.
I was pretty damn surprised about that too, actually.
They may just have a wedding in town that weekend. From the times we've had our folks stay there, it's never been a problem.
You could certainly check out The Lancaster Arts Hotel for a similar style of hotel. It's small and awesome, but I don't know about price. You'd have to look.

Paul, my sweet prince, you have plenty of time to evaluate your finances and make a trip.
Those traveling the greatest distance have every right to lay claim to some apartment space in order to not have to pay for a hotel.
(miss you too, pal)

Booked solid? Well now. That would certainly be a thing.

I'll probably just travel back and forth even though it's like a two hour drive each way!
BROTHA this time i promise I won't try to make you eat fruit I purchase from the street vendors
but amish street vendors are awesome
Look, this is when you need to rearrange your schedule to better accommodate the whims of the internet.
Or just stretch the truth a tiny bit and explain to your employers that this is a "family function"
8-)
Gonna be great.
Though, and I say this very cautiously, I don't think we'll be able to do Yuengling. Still working that out.
Pssst dr. Zip, can I crash on your floors?

I did stay the night in New Holland, PA last Saturday night on my way home from Boston.
I just asked for Monday the 18th off yesterday to recover from this.
