Don't know if this is intended or not, but the non-evil character's voices occasionally sound like they're being possessed. It's hard to describe, but its really noticeable on the ferry in the first video.
Aside from that, really enjoying the LP.

That's an effect because of their mics. When their mics are on we hear the people talking twice because it's transmitted over their mics. At least, that's what I think is happening? I could be wrong. Don't quote me on it or anything.

luckily starting video two i duck the audio and silence it on our commentary track during cutscenes and talky bits so it's reduced to nearly unheard levels
and then from video six I reduce the input levels on the mic to a level where bg audio gets wiped with my noise filter I run

Watched Ep 2, audio is vastly improved over the first video. Good banter too.
As far as constructive criticism goes, you say 'like' way too much when you're trying to think of something to say, it would probably be a good idea to take a breath and compose yourself.

ed: I'd really like to know what the quality of the audio is for you guys. I really reduce the gain for our second recording session (that starts with video six), but that introduces a whole host of new issues (mainly that our commentary track is a lot softer than our background audio track), so I have to amplify the shit out of our commentary track and fuck with the ducking a lot to make our commentary audible.
video seven in particular was a huge headache, and one I'm still not 100% satisfied with. When we get to it I need y'alls opinions on it so I know if I amplified our commentary enough or too much or whatev's

Seems like Episode 8 was pretty tough to balance. Rather interesting way to do this though, post commentary by re-watching what you've already recorded with someone who isn't familiar with the game.
I keep losing this thread so hopefully this'll let me tell when there are updates.
