    it's not an encompassing rule with those traits, because they say "or" instead of "and"

    things that can sting, bite or burn are not allowed to be signed

    but it is still a single rule

    On land, sure.     I imagine, after having to sign the first muzzled dickwolf, that G&T would append 'or makes love to us forcibly and against our will' to their clause.

    EDIT: In retrospect, I suppose that *could* burn? (don't know anything about teh buttseks)

    The Phenomenon is indeed an SE++ thing. It is, so the old saying goes, when the PA characters hold their hand aloft as though they are holding a still beating heart.

    It was probably started by legendary poster boddah, who along with some other chums, started a bunch of crazy internet things here, like liming for truth.
