So I just reinstalled Morrowind and Oblivion, and I think I'm gonna finally beat Morrowind (i have only made it to the ashlander camp before)
My question here is, what mods should I get for these shits, and how much do you guys love setting your jump ability at like a billion so you can leap across the map

This sounds like a pretty awesome idea. I haven't played morrowind in a long time. Is Bloodmoon or Tribunal any good?

Well, a buddy of mine gave me the expansions when I introduced him to elder scrolls. He played oblivion and was like, "Oh man I wanna try the other games! so I gave him my copies of Arena, Dagger Fall, and Morrowind vanilla.
He went out and found Bloodmoon and Tribunal with morrowind vanilla and later on gave them all to me saying morrowind sucks.
Oh boy did we have words about that comment.

shamefully, I also didn't try morrowind until after beating oblivion
I feel that Morrowind has a more interesting and exotic landscape, and could be done beautifully in the oblivion engine. The land of the imperials is just so damn ... white suburban.
I still have Oblivion + FCOM sitting on my machine, taunting me.
I've already invested about 30 hours and only freed Kvatch as far as the main storyline goes. FCOM makes shit HUGE.

I would like to pause for a moment, to talk about my penis.
My penis is like a toddler. A toddler—who is a perfectly normal size for his age—on a long road trip to what he thinks is Disney World. My penis is excited because he hasn’t been to Disney World in a long, long time, but remembers a time when he used to go every day. So now the penis toddler is constantly fidgeting, whining “Are we there yet? Are we there yet? How about now? Now? How about... now?”
And Disney World is nowhere in sight.

I need to get the Oblivion GOTY edition for 360. I never finished the story because I got so damn hung up on side quests.
And Tribunal is my favorite expansion to any game ever. The story is really pretty solid, and Mournhold has an an awesome atmosphere. Bloodmoon had werewolves and a town you got to build and while both excellent things that was it.
I even hopped everywhere in Oblivion my first play through even though I didn't need to.
It was pretty sweet though when your acrobatics got high enough in Oblivion because you could jump on water which made for really fast getaways from bad things without having to cast spells.
I played morrowind ages ago and never really got into it, mainly because it took fucking ages to find anything or go anywhere. Is oblivion slightly more streamlined in that respect?

in morrowind you have to really know where you are going to progress through the storyline with any semblance of speed
once you get mark/recall and the mages guild it becomes a lot easier
e: and there is that one addon with the propylon stone teleporter ruins
e: also boots of blinding speed + max gamma + levitate 8-)

I have the op bookmarked in case I ever play Oblivion again because I also don't know what mods to get!

but i like it more
vivec is prettier then all of oblivion combines
There's a mod that makes Vivec look like the original design with like boats going down the canals and stuff
Vivec unleashed or something.
That said fuck the large amount of stats and inability to fast travel. Trying to get anywhere in Morrowind was a hassle.
3DS: 2981-5304-3227
yeah, I need something like this
so I can get more items, textures, draw distances, and more importantly no cliff racers
Makes me want to reinstall Oblivion. I don't think I have any mods on this HDD though. Lots of stuff to download then.
better bodies
better heads
wakim's game improvements
brittlewind fix
magicka regen
faster
dodge
castreduce
I find this offensive and derogatory.
I am off to write an inflamed email to your superiors, the president, and the pope!
Bloodmoon was pretty good, Tribunal wasn't anything special but still worth playing through.
the graphics blew me away back when it came out

Training? Training?
Fuck no. Real player build jump by hopping every goddamn where.
I did that as well, but the hill behind the thieve place was excellent for building your skill quickly.
I'm totally gonna play a ballin' mage
it just happens naturally
oh man I did that too.
Just be hyrule bowling to my next destination
love Shivering Isles' ecology

Hence the "without having to cast spells" part. And if you're not playing a magic using character then it's extremely useful.

hopping everywhere was the shit
who the fuck needs fatigue
also, my friends and i were discussing moonsugar and skooma last night, neither of which i have done
am i missing out, bros?
I played the shit out of that game as a kid but concentrated on being the most assholish thief in the world instead of following the storyline
It is very, very difficult to beat Daggerfall.
It's much more about beating the bugs than anything to do with challenging game design though.
