I was trying to get my 360 HD-DVD player working on my PC and finally just figured out its because my ATI built X1900XTX isnt actually HDCP compliant... even though at the time it was advertised as so.
So while I have to wait till I get a new card (I was getting an R600 anyways)
I think I am entitled to some form of repayment for being, and came across this class-action lawsuit while googling my issue.
Anyone know what the status is with this? I know you have to file a claim for these sorts of things to get your money/whatnot.

can i just say, a graphics card with that many X's in it, has to be awesome.
But yeah, if it doesn't do what they said it would, i would hope there's some sort of legal comeback. Have you tried contacting them?
Well no, but I mean these guys had to file a lawsuit because ATI was refusing to do anything about it... so I figure they're already doing all the work for me.
It's frustrating because setting up the 360 HDDVD is so fucking easy... I was so close to having it work but no.
