I hope every single person who attacks Glutton while he is in stone forum dies a horrible death. You kill yourself, you kill teammates, you lose rounds, you're retarded.
Oh god yes. that shit hurts so much yet people still attack him.
Though if he only has a small sliver of health yet you may as well finish him off right away even if he activates his shield.
Oh yeah, that happens all the time, but if he still has 1/3 HP left and I'm at 1/3 HP, I could die from our fucking retarded Ranid attacking him over and over again. Then we lose.
I think I'm going to focus on trying to master the Igniter, since I've currently been jumping between all 4 of the free bloodlines and havent really been able to consistently get a high score in the Solo Ladder.

I am liking the Alchemist so far.

Yeah, I want to like the alchemist, but the Q AOE blind doesnt do as much as I hope, and sometimes it is hard to get a sleep off, or get your teammates to leave sleepers alone for a bit.
My last game as a healer had the enemy team with 2 assassins and an igniter, which meant early deaths for me. (my team had 2 igniters plus my alchemist, as long as I was alive, we won, once the enemy started focusing me down first thing, we lost the rest of the matches)
EDIT: Also, had a lot of fun doing 2v2 Teams with RAWRst. I was a bit nervous about creating a team at first, but I now realize that you can disband it again at the end of the day, so its no worries.
Oh, goodness, there we go. I was worried for a moment.
LoL style, then. I can dig that.

I feel bad for our losing spree, but we had some close games. Too bad the ai is a cakewalk and human players are so much better, getting to know the bloodline combos and when to use a cooldown takes some time.
I was trying to help a fellow alchemist last night but after losing a round he told me to stop trying to get the guy off his back, I was screwing with his sleep kiting.
Attacking an alchemist's pursuers will often make things worse for her, unless you use an ability that disables/removes the opponent.
Alchy is one of the more offensive healers (Herald being the most defense), so he can't escape as well, but if you keep Sleep, Clarity potion, and Barrier on a good cooldown rotation it becomes easier to escape. Also, having teammates who can peel enemies off of you is very helpful. Check out the tourney video I posted earlier to see how Chipshajen plays Alchemist; he's probably the best Alchemist in the game right now, and he plays on the number 1 team atm.
Grabbed this last night and played a bunch of games today seems pretty fun and glutton is awesome, stalagmiting dudes off my healer and into my cloud thing so i can smash them is so much fun, that and charging into 3 or 4 and dropping rock shield and laughing as two of them keep attacking and all the healthbars go boom.
My only complaint is that I'm poor and the cost of purchasing new characters with the bloodcoins is a bit crazy I know they need to make money as well but having a few dudes be a bit cheaper so that theres a little more variety beyond the 4 free ones would be nice. As it is it seems like it would take a month or more of casual play to unlock even 1.
There are still parts of the metagame that bother me enough to prevent me from putting any real-world money into the game, but 3v3s are fun enough and I'll probably keep playing even after they switch out Alchemist, because she's clearly the best champion.

Some people are really good with the alch, some aren't. I think the only bloodline I've seen that's innately overpowered is the Gunner. No matter who plays it, she wrecks me every time.
But other then her, I think a lot of it is just player skill. I've seen amazing Seekers, and bad seekers. I am a moderate seeker player. I'm a pretty good engineer, but I've seen some terrible ones. Unlike LoL, the degree of skill you have at landing your abilities counts for far more then the character you are. But that's just my opinion on what I've seen.
Some bloodlines though have a very low barrier of entry. Like the assassin, it seems like even with just a little bit of skill you can wreck face. But I don't really think it's the character, it's how easy he is to use.

Your first champion will come relatively quickly because of all the blood coins you have from achievements. I know that zestydee (Queklain) has already bought his first character with blood coins, and I'm pretty close (some of my achievements are bugged and won't complete, so I couldn't get blood coins from them).
Also, their set up encourages casual play. Each day you get a 600 blood coin bonus that lasts for a few ranked games, so if you just use your daily bonus each day (which is maybe an hour or two of play time? rough estimate), then you'll get your first bloodline in no time.
edit: Put your in game name in the spreadsheet in the OP! Also wow, we already have 18 people!

Yeah the first one is going to come probably around a week in or so, its the ones after that I'm concerned about. I just wish there was say 4 or so bloodlines that were around the 8000 coin mark so you could reasonably have 8 to play with and then leave the rest where they are at to give incentive to purchase with real money or slowly work towards with blood coins.
I am really digging Gunner. I pretty much avoided all Bloodlines for a while because I liked Guardian so much but I am really clicking with her. Maybe its the fact that I don't have to deal with other peoples health and her CC is really easy to land (and the only EX worth using). Either way, shit is fun. I also got the third cannon skin for her. It's fucking boss.
I'm on now, if anyone wants to team up, send me a message. I have: Vanguard, Stalker, Engineer, Seeker available, I'm pretty good with the Vangaurd and Engie.
Hey, now that we have a fair number of PA people playing, you guys should make a habit of joining channel "pennyarcade" so we can coordinate get some teams up and stuff!
Just finished up a fun 2v2 run with Gnome before the server started to hang up on itself.
Highlight was definitely a 3-2 match where we ran dual gorgers for a laugh, and ended up against a seeker/engy team. 2 of those wins ended up with one of us los dueling the engy around some center columns frantically dodging and munching up health.
Most painful match was us as psychopomp/gorger vs inhibitor/alchemist. Trying to heal through the ohm stacks was a pain and a half, and when i could, the alch would just sleep me anyway. It was rough.

Last round came down to me as igniter vs their igniter. He ran around the map to escape and heal while I rezzed my two teammates.
Have to say I enjoy this more than LoL so far.

Haha, I came here to post that.
The 3 of us should hop back on when it's up. We three are doing really well.
