I got this in a funny forward from my grandmom of all people. A tech support call came in 'cause a woman's computer would not turn on after it had made a hissing sound before dying. A tech came to her house and discovered the problem:

    ok, I put them on a server now. I thought gmail may not work, but I logged out and it still loaded here, so they must have saved locally or something. I dunno, but they should work now.

    I never saw them before, so maybe someone else hasn't either. I just thought it was funny so I'd post them.

    It looks like the only reason the PC stopped working was because the snake stopped the fans, resulting in it overheating.

    And i'm assuming the fans killed the snake too.

    I had a snake stuck inside my hubcap for God only knows how long. I didn't know about it until the Tire and Lube and Whatever Else guy went airborne when he found it.

    Several years ago I had a mouse (mice?) living in my PC, back when I upgraded it and played with it so often that I just left the cover off all the time. It was winter and I guess the little fella needed a warm place to stay.

    I didn't really notice until a few weeks later, I was going to swap in a new video card and I found a bunch of mouse hair and chewed up seed husks.

    An ant colony decided to adopt my kitchen for a while, it was quite useful. Didn't need to wipe up, the place was spotless. But then they ruined the relationship by discovering the cupboards. Clearly wasn't leaving enough crumbs around to satisfy them.

    I am scared as all fuck of snakes so even looking at thos epictures is scaring the living hell out of me. If this ever happened to me (somehow) then I'm pretty sure I'd kill myself right there.

    Snakes love warm places, the power supply must have felt great. Until it was electrocuted/had it's back broken by the fan/etc.

    edit: even if that's fake, it's certainly plausible.
