Word 2003 and Endnotes

I'm writing an essay with endnotes for citations, and the way I want the paper to be formatted is as such:

Title Page
Body of Essay
End Notes
Bibliography

But what I can't figure out how to get is the end notes section before the bibliography. So now I get something like:

Title Page
Body of Essay
Bibliography
End notes

How the hell do I move them to where I want them?

(This works on Word 2000; I presume something similar would work in 2003)

Insert a section break where you want the endnotes to go (before the bibliography).

Hit Insert->Footnote. Select 'Endnote.' Click the 'Options' button and where it says "Place at" select "end of section."

    Voila.
