It's also over very quickly. I mean, it sucks dying to it, sure, but to be honest I've found I'm far more likely to actually find and kill someone in time with the good old RPG. You can luck out and maybe kill three people with it, but it's rare.

Just wrapped the game up. Putting the aiming sensitivity up to one below max magically fixes everything, somehow.

The only complaint I can muster, is that the end of the game is like a poor remake of Uncharted 2. A lot of the same sort of things happen, and then the ending just sort of shows up, with no real climax.

But not quite as good as Uncharted 2 is still an excellent game.

Yay, finally beat the game. I am a slowpoke, lol.

I actually liked the way the game ended. No big boss battle, no majic, just people dieing in a collapsing ruin. I would have let her die and not had a second thought, but whatever. I would have liked to see what was in the urn, though. 2 Was probably better, just from the amount of parts I got stuck in comparitively, but still a great game.

Awesome game, but I think it suffers from the typical movie tropes of bad guys spending more time trying to fuck with the good guys than actually, y'know... trying to kill them.

Regarding Talbot:

I feel like he represents a ton of cut content. Soooo, he just... disappears into a wall in Syria? And apparently shrugs off getting shot by Cutter? I feel like there was supposed to be a supernatural explanation, but one never materialized.

Also, how does Team Marlowe have the hallucinogenic darts if they haven't actually found Ubar until the end of UC3?

Given that the boss fights were probably the worst parts of the first two games, yeah, I was pretty glad they didn't feel the need to shoehorn one into this one.

The story didn't feel as tight this time around though. It felt like they came up with awesome ideas for setpieces (and to their credit, they were awesome setpieces) and built a story around those. The problem is, those setpieces were mostly unrelated and the story meandered too much to fit them all in.

Also by now it felt a bit formulaic. Though it was cool how they subverted that by having the supernatural element being a hallucination.

I just hated hated hated the waves of enemies who would show up and focus on killing you instead of saving their own asses.

Then there were the stealth sections where stealth didn't count for shit because you got the same number of enemies in the waves whether you killed only two guys with stealth or all but two.

Basically I love these games to death and hold them to a higher standard. Just did not like any of the big gunfights that were set in one big area
