I just watched this movie the other day. My expectations were high, and they were totally fulfilled. Seriously, what a great movie.
It's also insanely depressing. Although, I didn't find it depressing because human beings couldn't reproduce anymore (that's just natural selection as I see it), it was depressing because everyone was just standing around hopelessly getting killed.
I've seen many movies where people get shot and killed in movies, and I didn't bat an eye, but this was something different: It was totally tragic. I guess it's the way it was filmed? I'm not so sure.
Also, extra points to the movie because Alfie was an aged stoner in it. That was ace.
So, anyone else love this movie?
