Yeah, I'm not letting that go to the old thread. I hate zvzs. Let it be known. More than any other match up I feel like I'm a disadvantage 100% of the time. If I have some roaches, he has enough speedlings to surround and kill them. And if speedlings win a fight against roaches, then it's basically gg right there. Any roaches you rebuild will be too few in number to matter and he can rally speedlings into your base until you quit. Or if I have roaches, he has more roaches. Or just as I'm sending in a few mutas to attack his workers, I run into his muta ball that just so happens to be a few mutas more. Or I fly into his base and see hyras and know my mutas are a failed investment. Or he'll just 7 pool with spine crawler rush. I'm just really bad at zvzs. Someone needs to teach me the basics of that match up.
If you haven't already I'd check the ZvZ Instructional Video from Mr.Bitter where it's EG.Machine.

I like CecilSunkure as a good protoss stream. He streams mostly every night, talks a lot, plays well and gives free coaching on the stream so that everyone can benefit.

PM Sent.
Moonglade is in a tourney atm, which I think is interesting (having him stream while in it etc)

Wonder why he's streaming during a tournament, I'd be afraid of ghosting. Makes for a really entertaining stream though.

I must say I really love the zerg playstyle of walking a razor's edge of defense where if you die you die but if you survive you're sudddenly seemingly magically miles ahead.
I played a game recently against a protoss who went robo and managed to not only kill my natural once, but also deny it twice more, but didn't kill any drones. I barelyh eld it off each time with just enough speedlings, then once I killed his army I was suddenly miles ahead and could double expo to get more ahead.
Seg to give you an idea this is the type of quality I want for my stream. Not too high, but text is readable and the game is watchable.

Wonder how the hell they delay it by 6 min. Wouldn't that require quite a bit of space and processing power.

Well, the quality you get Dhal will be dependant on your connection and computer spec. We'll go into it more tomorrow anyway.

What the fuck is up with all these super crazy hardcore Brood War fans?
I just read a thread on TL about how SC2 is a failure or something and there's all these people going "Oh SC2 should just die, no one cares, BW all the way!". What? Who the hell are these people? They've been following the same fucking game for how many years now? And then the same people who brought them that game bring out the sequel and suddenly it's shit and crap and "please don't change our old ways, we love 640x480 sprite graphics with horrible UI and artificial restrictions on everything!". It's just so stupid! And then they say that SC2 pros can just go play BW instead. Yeah, sure, because you'll totally go back to BW after playing SC2.
I hate how retarded people are and how they look at BW as some kind of Jesus game.
To be fair, at the moment BW is so far ahead of SC2 as an e-sport there is really no comparasm.
Blizzard/gom are trying to make SC2 huge over there far too hard, and it doesn't seem to be working, which is sad. Hell, I got virtually infinite time, and I have a hard time following all this GOM stuff, they should have it at about a third of the speed at most.
All the raging BW fanboys are pretty hilarious to read though. So many people saying "I started playing bw when I was 10, it's a religion to me" (paraphrased) while utterly failing to realise that their love of the game might be related to that :P.

I am iowa, but maybe me being sick today and my head feeling like a crushed orange has made me forget about it.
It's just....they are video games. When a new one comes out, people move on and the die hards stay behind.
Maybe I'm just too innocent in my views or something. I look at all the SC2 stuff and think "hm this looks pretty huge!" but apparently it's like a little league!

EDIT: Dhal, can Lemming ever really be satisfied with enough dick?
hahahahah
a huge dick
very clever
Seg, I said dick, not dashing, handsome fellow with unparalleled Starcraft skills.
Fix your quality in the mean time though.
I have no idea how to fix the quality.
I can't find any options in the livestream procaster for resolution and stuff.
You may as well have added trumpets.
Why are you in SC2 then if not playing..?
Or are you not anymore.
Whatever.
Someone stream!
Its still watchable.

I can help you set it up if you want.
send me a PM with the info to get started?

Why isn't he playing though? He's just fucking around in chat.
And it's scrap, proxy paradise(tm).
This one is just ineffectual.
Drone up, go roach/hydra, win.

Apparently its delayed by 6mins.
I've played, if my count is correct, 44 games as Zerg in the last 5 days.
I'm up to 33 wins as Zerg and I'm fairly sure I haven't played Zerg before.
yes
