MS Word 2010 Outlines (multi level list and TAB)

SO in 2003, I used to just hit TAB and it would indent my line in my outline to the next indentation. No longer, and it's killing my efficiency. What is the new keyboard shortcut to take it from I. to "A." or whatever the next indent in is? Thanks.

    I just did this the other day...

    Click the Office button (new icon, top left of the word doc)
    Word Options
    Proofing Tab
    AutoCorrect
    Options - AutoFormat as you Type tab.
    Click to enable the "Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces"
