Conspiracy theories and anti media establishment. These guys collect clips from Tv each week and detail their views on how big media operates. They don't pretend not to be conspiracy theorists but they spend more time on pointing out how crazy mainstream media is. http://www.noagendashow.com/ Also on iTunes.
Though if your looking for educational material www.kahnacademy.com ... While not an audio podcast the videos here are great if your looking to brush up on science, maths or a few other topics.

Question about Radiolab...I searched for them on iTunes and came up with multiple results. Which Radiolab are you guys talking about, specifically? As in, who hosts it etc?

This American Life is a really neat sociology podcast that uses case studies to show how certain social problems affect Americans. It has been running for a long time now, and their archives are on their website. Topics range from racism to homosexuality, small town life and life in the big cities. It's very interesting if you like sociology.

Planet Money is indeed great. NPR does put out some good ones, but if you don't like NPR that may be a no-go.
For instance, Journal of Immunology, Nature, Science.
I also really enjoy stuff you should know and Science Friday.
This guy has some bold ideas. Radiolab is one of those things that I can never get myself to take off my Zune. Its super high quality.

Not enough lime. These podcasts are entertaining but interesting and there is a MASSIVE backlog to go through.
