I saw this strange concert a bar in Kagoshima last night and I hope I can hear this song again. This guy is apparently somewhat well-known as "Guitar Panda" and/or "Calpis Presley" but I suspect this is a cover song.

Yes, the quality is terrible, but I'm hoping the "Don't Worry" line and some of the more easily discernible lyrics can make this possible to find. It might be a modified version of a western song, too, as they were playing Japanese versions of Bob Dylan songs earlier in the night.
