Audio Book -> CD Tracks

I was wondering if it were possible to change a quicktime .mov audio book into cd tracks to burn onto a cd?

Do a barrel roll.

    I'd capture the audio using Audacity (select Stereo Mix as the audio input) and export it as wav, then burn the wavs to CD. Roundabout, but foolproof.
