They clearly took the back touchpad from the weird rumour that the iPhone 4 would have one.
They've just thrown anything in to try and future proof it.

Honestly I don't see the point. So I can use the back of my handheld to control my games?
There's like 18 buttons on the front. Maybe as a mouse but that's an expensive fucking mouse.
The G&T thread is adamant this'll cost 350. God bless em

I guess, it's a natural place to put your fingers on something small like a phone, but this fucker is huuuuge.
Definitely a hands-clamped-at-the-side thing.
As slick as the thing looks, I will never be able to justify spending over 200 dollars on a handheld system. It's just not happening. I don't really travel enough to warrant portable gaming anyway.
It has a GPS. I assume a compass is default in that.
Still I love that it has a gps. It makes no fucking sense. That's easily 50 bucks of manufacture costs and hours of programming time they could have avoided on a feature no developer will waste money or time using.

The drawing in panel 2 saves it some. But there's no real punchline.
It has like...four punchlines.
What more do you want?!
You're enjoying it incorrectly.
They've often stood by the fact that the strip hangs around a beat after the punchline is delivered.
Though I understand that you feel there is not a single punch line to outlast.
Everyone's going to disagree with you Goose. Sorry, that's how it goes sometimes.

along with matches, whistle, saw, panic button, squirrel snare, radon/lie detector, sphygmomanometer, and it's even got turn signals
Truly the swiss-army of handheld gaming. Except shite.
It's good for camping trip. It's got toothpick.

Much more so in Japan, where these things are made and designed.
edit: I can actually guarantee that games will use the GPS feature, especially Japanese games, where again the system was designed.
What happened to you after the PS2

How do we go from talking about a million dollars to not even one dollar. I don't understand.
the iPhone is considered a legitimate threat to the DS and the PSP, which is why they're both getting hefty upgrades now
Sony even announced they are going to start distributing their games on Android devices
