TV now has yellow tint?

Granted, it's probably my fault for buying Insignia. I couldn't pass up 24" for $100 though.
Anyways, the TV's colors have been flickering the past few weeks, and last night it decided to put a nice yellow hue over everything. I can't adjust the tint to get rid of it, and even when I turn the color all the way down (black and white), there's still a yellow haze. You can see it trying to flicker back to the normal color, but it can't for some reason. The hell?
It sits on top of a mini fridge, could this be giving interference?
Edit/update: I took it off the mini fridge, but it's still yellow.
