I just got a new power juicer. For some digestive reasons, I have trouble with all the fiber/roughage in vegetables, so I decided to get a juicer to consume my vegetables. My only problem is that I can't really find exact nutritional info about juicing. If I juice 1 piece of broccoli, do I get all the nutrition from that piece of broccoli? If not, is there a general equivalence for any generic vegetable?
The main thing you're missing out on is the fiber, which is a pretty important part of the veggies for a human. Hopefully you're working with a doctor to make sure your diet fits those needs some other way.
It can juice pretty much anything, you just have to chop it enough to get the food into the input hole. You can leave the skin on Kiwis or Pineapples if you want, but you still have to cut it so it fits in. The input hole is slightly larger than a 50 cent piece I would estimate

The fibers still there. Like metamucil, liquid fiber.
Have you taken metamucil? I've taken psyllium husk as a supplement and I down that stuff as fast as I can. It's a liquid the same way oatmeal is a liquid.

The nutrients dont go anywhere just cus you cut up the food.

What kind of juicer did you get, and does it process un-chopped stuff?
