Planning to run Game & Watch marathon, any good tips for organizing?

Hi,
I have finally decided to do marathon for charity purposes. Basically my plan is to go through all Game & Watch Galleries, play each individual (32 games in total) game for 45 minutes, and try to get best score as possible. The game's will be played via Gamecube GBA Player, and streamed through UStream. Whole marathon should take only 24 hours, give or take, meaning that it should be relatively easy to manage. As this is my first marathon, any tips and technical advice would be greatly appreciated. What is best way to to connect Cube into PC? And how I can mix audio sources, if I want to have special guests giving commentary via Skype?
