I'm getting this error on my barely 4 month old ps3. I've tried booting into the recovery console and resetting the file system but that didn't help. I've read online that completely restoring the system from the recovery console will fix it, but I wanted to find out if anyone here could confirm that it would work. If it does work, which option should I choose from the recovery console (the options can be seen here). I really don't want to have to send it in to get repaired, but if I have to then I guess that's that.

So, can anyone confirm this fix will work?

Edit: I meant to post this in the tech tavern sub-forum. If it needs to be moved please move it. Sorry :(

Double Edit: Called support, they told me to send it in to be fixed/replaced. Question answered.

I pinky swear that we will not screw you.
