Netflix Device Limit

I think I might've found an unannounced change in the Netflix plans. Up until today, I've been able to do instant streaming while by parents and my brother do the same in their rooms. Now when I start up a stream on two different machines the error code N8107-154-5006 comes up, saying that I've reached the limit for my plan.
Is this happening to any other people? I feel somewhat cheated because my plan (1 disc out) still says unlimited watching and I haven't seen any notices about changes.
As far as I know, it's always been limited such as the number of devices you can simultaneously stream on is equal to the number of discs you receive as part of your plan.
Number of devices you can have active and number of simultaneous streams are different. I have the 2 disk plan and that allows for 6 unique devices (I have 3 currently) but only 2 can actually be watching something at the same time. Here's what Netflix says in their FAQ.

That's pretty weird. I've been able to stream on more that one device simultaneously since I signed up for Netflix and it just stopped yesterday.
