Hi Everyone!

I’ve been lurking around this forum for a while now, and I’m excited to finally post my work here. If you are interested in hearing about my background and career goals, feel free to read below:
I’m a recent college graduate focusing in graphic design. As I continue to advance in my field, I hope to work in the game industry designing either marketing campaigns, apparel, or user interfaces for video games. It is a broad goal, but I’m still zeroing in on my specific focus.

In my free time, I have been working as the Publications Director for Setsucon, Penn State’s local anime convention, designing merchandise, advertisements, and the programming booklet. With time permitting, sometimes I get the opportunity to experiment with acrylics on canvas.

My next education based goal includes returning to school to earn a MFA in Graphic Design. At this point, I want to expand my experiences and grow as a designer in the real world.

Here are some examples of my work:

Pokémon for Japan
I was tasked to create a poster that promotes a charity Pokémon tournament benefiting Japan Relief.

No Refund T-Shirts
A local theatre troupe, No Refund Theatre, asked me to design a shirt as a club fundraiser.

Super Mario Canvas & First Strike
I wanted to explore the art of digital landscapes in the 8-bit era using traditional media.

My current project is revising a t-shirt design from this past semester. It’s missing something, but I’m lost for ideas at the moment.
